What is Cobra Guardian™?   

Cobra Guardian™ is a cutting edge managed services desktop support system that constantly monitors networks, computers and servers, detecting and resolving problems before they become an issue and cause downtime. Cobra Guardian™ is proactive and prevents computers from failing, in contrast to the traditional support system where you wait for the computer to fail before fixing it. 

Cobra Guardian™ is offered as a subscription service with a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA outlines our services in detail and locks in pricing for the life of the contract. There are three basic service levels in Cobra Guardian™, offering different degrees of sophistication and services. The highest service level includes unlimited desktop support. Volume discounts are applied every month based on
the total number of association members.

 Cobra Guardian™ Service Plans  

For associations, Adder only offers the premium Cobra Guardian package, which includes virtually unlimited desktop support.

• Ex 1. If 100 members sign up with five computers each, a
  discount of 16% will apply to all members.

• Ex 2. If 200 members sign up with five computers each, a
  discount of 19% will apply to all members.

• Ex 3. If 500 members sign up with five computers each, a
  discount of 24% will apply to all members.
